Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number. We can't provide tracking numbers until your order has been shipped, and if you haven't received any emails, it means the item isn't at our warehouse yet.

The POB is RANDOM. You can state your member preference in the order notes at checkout but please note we may not be able to satisfy your request. Not receiving the member POB of your choice does NOT constitute reason for return or refund of the goods.

Unlike stores that ship from abroad, we ship from Italy, so you won't be charged customs fees and you can take advantage of lower shipping costs if you live in the EU.
