This website is operated by Nox K-Pop Shop. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “us” throughout the site refer to Nox K-Pop Shop. Nox K-Pop Shop offers this website and all information, tools and services available on it to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
(“Terms and Conditions of Service”, “Terms”), which include those additional terms, conditions and notices referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to visitors, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of comments and other content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the
site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement,
you may not access the website or use its services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is
expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or
replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to
check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have authorized us to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You may not distribute any worms, viruses or any other type of malicious code.
A violation of any provision of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your right to use the Services.
SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATION
We will deduct the transaction fees from your refund for orders paid with credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. The transaction fees are the following:
- Credit/debit card: European Union: 1,9% + 0,25€ - Extra European Union: 3,6% + 0,25€
- PayPal: 3,4% + 0,35€
- Bancontact/iDeal: 1,9% + 0,25€
- Klarna: 4,99% + 0,35€
We will refund you fully without deducting the transaction fees only if the order was cancelled due to a mistake on our part.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We do our best to promote fairness and transparency, and therefore we always ask you film an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order, so that we can check the condition of the goods and be able to help you in case you want to request a refund.
The video must show the still-sealed shipping package/envelope being opened, the items inside of it, and any issue with them needs to be clearly visible.
We reserve the right to refuse claims for damaged or missing merchandise without a complete and unedited/uncut unboxing video.
Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, factory sealed and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs will always need to be covered by you. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
ITEMS DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY
We are not responsible for the misuse of items sold on our website. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Damage to electronic devices such as speakers and lightsticks resulting from misuse;
• Damage to clothing items caused by excessive use and improper washing;
• Discoloration and damage to jewelry and accessories caused by daily use and exposure to sweat, sunlight, humidity, perfume, cosmetics, friction, contact with clothes and other accessories.
All items on our website are sold exclusively as collectibles that require careful handling and proper storage. Accessories such as jewelry, brooches, keychains, hair clips, etc., are made of fragile materials and should be used very sporadically to maintain their quality.
Clothing, purses, backpacks, slippers, and similar items are not designed for prolonged use, and washing instructions must be followed to avoid damage.
We do not offer refunds for damages caused by failure to follow the above mentioned advice.
CONDITION OF THE ITEMS
All the items listed on this website are official, authentic and factory sealed. In rare, specific cases (i.e. in the case of 'blind box' albums where the customer is able to choose their desired member) our Korean suppliers reserve the right to unseal the albums to inspect the contents and then reseal them.
This is to make sure the customer receives the exact version they ordered.
This method is used exclusively when the factory didn't provide any way for them to determine which member is in the blind box without opening it.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that the external packaging (album jacket, box, cover) of albums, lightsticks, merchandise serves exclusively to protect the contents.
It is also important to keep in mind that photocards, posters and other merchandise are often made from very delicate and fragile materials.
Therefore, very small imperfections, manufacturing defects, color variations, scratches and dents may be present. They are not to be considered defects and do not under any circumstances constitute a reason for return, refund, complaint or replacement of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Nox K-pop Shop also reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
REPLACEMENTS
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
At the moment we ship our goods to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Croatia, France, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovenia, Belgium, Czechia, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, Germany, Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Sweden, Bulgaria, UK, Switzerland.
To make sure the shipment reaches its destination, the customer is required to provide, during the check-out process, the following information related to the recipient: full name and surname, address (street name, house number, ZIP code, city, province/region, country), phone number, valid e-mail address.
Any extra import fees are to be paid exclusively by the customer.
Nox K-Pop Shop is not responsible for any issues arising from wrong or incomplete personal information provided by the customer.
Furthermore, Nox K-Pop Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing your order or delivery of the goods.
SECTION 5 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, or use of the Service, access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We will not be responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The materials on this site are intended for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for
making decisions without consulting more authoritative, accurate, complete or timely sources of information. Any reliance on information on this site is at your sole risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for

We have made every effort to display accurate colors and images of the products at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors that your computer and mobile screen displays will be accurate.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated to do so) to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve
the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. The sale of any product or service through this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail, billing address, or telephone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by wholesalers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other details, such as your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
