THIS ITEM IS SOLD AS A PREORDER. The release date in Korea is scheduled for DECEMBER 2025, and from then on it may take UP TO 3 MONTHS for the goods to arrive at our warehouse. This does not depend on us but on our suppliers in Korea.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number. We can't provide tracking numbers until your order has been shipped, and if you haven't received any emails, it means the item isn't at our warehouse yet.

Unlike stores that ship from abroad, we ship from Italy, so you won't be charged customs fees and you can take advantage of lower shipping costs if you live in the EU.

Precautions for handling:

• Keep the product at room temperature and away from high temperatures and humidity.
  
• Do not look at the light directly at a close distance.
  
• Be careful not to drop the product as impacts may cause the light color to change.
  
• Do not swallow any components or put them in your mouth.
  
• Use standard alkaline AAA batteries that were not used before. Avoid using manganese or used batteries.
  
• When the battery is low, some colors may not light up and the lightstick may turn off. Please note that this is not a product defect.
  
• Make sure to correctly check the polarity (+, -) of the batteries. Incorrect placement may cause overheating and damage to the product.
  
• In case of overheating, please turn off the power and remove the batteries.
  
• Store the lightstick without batteries in it, otherwise battery leakage may occur.
  
• It is a wireless control product that consumes batteries quickly when operating under central control in concerts. We recommend that you use new batteries for each concert.
  
• Please keep the battery completely separate when you are not using the lightstick.

NOTE : The outer packaging is for protection only. Minor imperfections, scratches, and dents may be present due to the type of material used. These are not defects and do not constitute grounds for return, refund, or replacement.
