Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policies vary based on the type of item and the reason for your request:

  1. Preorder items with [PREORDER] in the title: You can request us to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving our follow-up email, which we'll send you after your order confirmation email. Your cancellation request will only be accepted if you do not agree to receive items whose box/cover/outer jacket may have imperfections such as minor dents and scratches. We do not accept cancellations for change of mind or other reasons.
  2. In-stock items: We accept cancellations without a specific reason within 24 hours of receiving our follow-up email, which we'll send you after your order confirmation email. We cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours as your order has already begun processing.

We will deduct from your refund the transaction fees for orders paid with credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

The transaction fees are as follows:

  • Credit/debit cards: European Union: 1,9% + 0,25€ - Extra EU: 3,6% + 0,25€
  • PayPal: 3,4% + 0,35€
  • Bancontact/iDeal: 1,9% + 0,25€
  • Klarna: 4,99% + 0,35€

We will not deduct the transaction fees from your refund only if the order needs to be cancelled due to a mistake on our part.
